Eating disorders come in many shapes and forms. This is a forum for anyone that needs a friendly vent, someone to listen, or to ask for advice/opinions or help.

Sometimes asking for help may be hard, some people do not want help, but just somewhere to express themselves. The way I see it, that's fine too.
