sometimes it kinda disturbs me to read. like how these people are jumping all around in thier weight and fasting for way longer than they should without supervision. and the Water Fasting with exercise....
i dont like that people take fasting so lightly.
is that an *ssh*le of me?

not eating for losing weight i think is serious business.
and i think could trigger anorexia.
what do you think?
