When you speak of irreversibly damaging your health- apart from horrifyingly scary stuff like cardiac arrests, what scares me is alopecia( i've had clumps of hair fall off) and wobbling teeth. Then the cosmetic stuff like dry skin and rough hair and brittle nails.

Sigh.
