well my usuall calorie intake was around 400-500 then i did zero calorie intake!!! for 10 days and right after that my hungry brain took over. but i don't let myself binge more than (shame on me) 1600 to 2000. anything i eat i go and puke but most of the times i can't thorw it all up and end up purging alittle. it sucks. i hate this. i wish i was back to being able to eat 400 cals a day. now i have to earase the shit i did and melt everything...
