sorry, I cannot tell what my cal intake used to be b/c I used to chew and spit every food. so I could not know how much of it went into my stomach.

It is probably autointoxication I guess, it might well be an emotional issue, mine was. Bad feelings/thughts produce toxins, the body retents water in order to dilute these toxins b.c if they were left pure they would kill you, the same happens with a bee sting, you get swelling to dilute the poison .
