um i know how meat is processed.
also atkins says to use organic meat preferably because of such reasons.
did you miss the part where i said i plan on cleaning out the system once a year?

also you have to take fiber to move it through the system.

i know others that are totally fine because they did it by the book.
being veggie or vegan made me sick so should i slam all vegans?

i think ALL bodies are different. and atkins is basically what i have done on just "feeling" when i was thinner/younger before i got wrapped up in the study of dieting. my BP,chol.,organ function has always been fine.
when i started going to vegan stuff and grains and processed foods i gained weight and started getting headaches.
