well hers the first load of crap:

you are not suppose to gorge on bacon.

he recommends organic meats and non processed (bacon is processed)

cream/dairy are limited.

shunning apples?in the two week induction phase.
after that he speak of eating veggies up to your carb intake amount.
and during the two week induction you are to have veggies as well.

also the people that built the food pyramid with grains on the bottom are going to pitch a b*tch about something contrasting what the goverment money is going into (wheat,refined grains)and is one of the biggest money makers along with the most commonly genetically modified.

fyi-any corn syrup you have is most likely genetically modified.
