Like any major fast launched diet it came under the microscope and was looked at by many health organizatons and individuals.

There are many articals available. Try googling Atkins dangers.

I don't know how valid these critizms and flaws in the diet are. I have never done Atkins just because I don't like meats and there is no way I could be happy eating that stuff :)

I say if it works for you than go to town with it. :)
