Does anyone have a trigger that makes them go back to a their eating disorder?

I think money stressors used to do it to me. If I forget to pay a credit card bill I am so hard on myself for being careless with my finances. Maybe , in effect, it is that I do not allow myself to make mistakes.

Sometimes certain foods that I consider to be 'bad' would make me return to my past eating problems. I had to avoid them 100%. Its just a trigger if I don't.

Anyone else notice what triggers their ED's?
