Hello WhiteIris, could you re-post the link for the David Wolfe site please? The one above goes to another post. I would like to have a look. Here's another formula I've come across, haven't had time to compare it to anything yet though. Yes, I think that the more deficient someone is in nutrients, the more readily they will be absorbed, from whatever source, although liquid is always easier and more absorbable.
