I don't know what Linus Pauling took back in the '60s. The colloidal minerals that gave me a headache were liquid colloidal minerals.

When you first mentioned angstrom minerals, I did not know what you were talking about, but it seems that the plant minerals are the only minerals that will work for me. When I looked up these other minerals I found this statement. "Even plants do not eat rocks. Microbes digest the rock material for plant to consume." Does this mean I am a plant? :)


Do you take minerals when you are juicing? If so, do you notice any stiffness anywhere?
