thanks for the msg...
i often overeat for a variety of reasons... sometimes it's just because the food is there, and i lack self-control... the temptations of sweet/ nice stuff...the variety
sometimes it's because i haven't eaten the whole day and 'lose it' at night...

i'll try the agrimony for comfort eating... but what were the others you recommended? i don't recognise those names at all...
