hi whiteiris, i'm intrigued by your mention of the bach flower remedies...have seen/heard of them but never tried any before.
could you please recommend me something to curb my compulsive overeating & bullimic tendencies, and perhaps soemthing that will help me focus better on sticking to my many many diets...

i'm thinking of your description of wild oat, about getting focus and direction in life...but i'm not sure if that is what will stop my COE... thanks!
