Thanks for your reply Melis. It is very encouraging to know that there have been people w ed's that have fasted w good results!! I think I will start with raw food, starting tomorrow...however I always have a trouble at the initial point, actuallly getting on the wagon and STARTING the darn thing!! so we'll see.
What kind of juices did u drink on the juice fast and how often did u drink them??
also, i'm going to school....do u think fasting will interfere with this...?
