Hi, have you been to see the dentist? He/she may have some advice. Thanks for the offer of help, I'm actually doing ok at the moment, but was wondering how you recovered, did you just stop or was it gradual? Also, do you include foods in your diet that you used to binge on, or do you avoid them? Thanks,
