Somehow it went to a default that said no one could email me. I had to figure out how to change it on my profile. Sorry about that! I always welcome emails!

Good luck with your Amalgam removal. I have a daughter with aspergers :) I hope getting your mercury out helps with your symptoms.

You can get more info on the bath support forum. Another good one is the ginger "sweat bath." Some days I felt too tired and dragged out to exercise so sweating in a bath was a good alternative.
