Yes, chlorophyl products such as E3 Live are almost the same molecular structure as Human blood. That would be good too. I have it in my refrigerator and always forget to take it. I will make a big note to myself :)
Your Mom sounds like my Dad....very immature. The world revolves around Her only, right? Yet we love them so much we want them to change, but it is impossible. If someone does not truly love themselves they can act out in all kinds of ways including selfish and needy. Meanwhile we hurt ourselves because we are already in such emotional pain. Oh what a cycle! I feel for you and your sister, especially after losing your Dad. So Sorry for your loss. Its good that you talk to eachother, yet it may also help to talk to an objective person.
When I talk to an objective person and I hear my Dad's point of view from them, at first it makes me so mad, but then I come to the conclusion that my dad is only human. Your Mom too is also a simple human being trying to figure out this life. Parents don't always know more than their children, sometimes the children just "get it" quicker. So sometimes parents are NOT good role models. It seems backwards and unfair. Somehow, though, it helps to know this. You are not a lone. Her life may have challenged her in ways that she does not want to face or accept yet, thus she is closed. She has a closed heart and is numb to her own children. Its not fair to you and your family, but atleast you can say she is not like this purposely. Why? Because nothing in the world is better than feeling LOVE! If she could, she would want to feel that now.
Don't get me wrong, I have bad days too. But its getting beter. Still have to correct my weight problems, but the bulemia has gone away. The more I cry the more my eating habits return to normal. Its strange. Emotions are tough!
i'm here if you need anything.
