Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) Omega 3,6,9.

I am low in EFA and compulsively over eat.

I am looking into Flower Essences now.

I have had eating disorders for many years, but Bulimia is the most viscious cycle! Its very hard to stop! You think you can eat anything so you lose your will pwer, meanwhile deplete yourself of minerals and fatty acids, and amino acids. That makes you hungrier.

But still I can't stop.
