I think that abbreviation refers to Essential Fatty Acids (Omega 3 fish oil). As I understand it, eating disorders have one objective in common...weight loss. Probably the best way is to avoid solid food by getting all nutrition from vegetable and fruit juices supplemented by flax fiber and probiotics to keep the digestive system healthy. I had a dental problem and did not eat solid food for two weeks, but only drank vegetable juices from a "juice bar" and superfood powdered drinks at home. I was working long hours and didn't sleep more than 3 hours a night. I didn't drink ANY water or do anything to keep healthy but drink the juices. After about a week, I was loading a truck at work and noticed some deep red, very thick liquid on a box, I thought someone was painting with deep red enamel paint somewhere and spilled it on a box. My friend pointed out that I cut myself and that VERY thick red liquid was my blood. I was amazed at how healthy juicing can be.
