I am a recovered anorexic. It took time and tons of emotional healing. These things stem from our childhoods and how we viewed ourselves even as a child. The more you try to control your eating, the more you will set unrealistic percectionist goals and fail. I suggest you look into emotional healing, then the eating will get into better control.
