Aluminum foil works very well - it's all I used for the first few months, until I got the idea of trying other things. I now use an enamel saucepan exclusively. Just simply because it's easier.

I put as much info. as I can on the site because I believe in freedom of choice but that can't work unless you have all the info. from which to make a choice.

If you can find it, you might try silver foil - a Leydon jar is a glass container lined with silver foil, and silver is a very good conductor of protons (positive energy). That's probably how Colloidal Silver works. They used to put silver wires into wounds to promote healing in the old days. It drew off inflammation.

I don't know what MH's problem is with this. Nobody's trying to force him into using energized water - It's just there for anyone who wants to use it.
