if you have a conciousness post / there is a forum for it.

if you want to share outside personal problems there are emails/

we have a chat room/ there is a relationship/and many other help
forums to use.
if you have a debate/there are topic related ones /also an off topic one.

please lets try to keep this forum on track..

(discussing general fasting.)
if you have an outside info post.. there is a fyi forum or specific topic related ones..

this forum must get back to its original creation.. to be a positive sharing of FASTING/in general to share useful/ healthful info..
so that those who come here to read past posts actually see
fasting info of shared experiences as to what they can expect/ how it might affect their lives.. and how to proceed in healthful ways.
