I guess you could phrase it this way, in the same way that exercising/working out "attacks" your muscles...I would think that "strengthens" or "stimulates" is a much more positive way to look at it...think holistically Thorn! :) An unused muscle is a flabby, useless muscle...an unchallenged, naive immune system is very dangerous and unhealthy!
