Doing enema or colonic when fasting is a must!

Fasting will always cause slow down in bowel movements, and if you don't empty and wash your bowel with enema ... you poison yourself...


Never fast with dirty bowel ... you may get worse!

Colon must be washed and empty when fasting ...
