I seem to have a similar problem but the small bumps are located around the base of

the head of my penis. THe bumps don't hurt at all and I highly doubt it is from any

STD b/c im a virgin (over13 under18). I also have cheiltis which is when lips feel and turn white when in contact

with water, I would appreciate if anyone has any information as to why I have bumps.
