Pure Aloe Vera gel is good. For about 6$, I grow 3 or 4 Aloe Vera plants around the house- all year round. After you wash your face, simply pluck a small part of your Aloe Vera and apply it to the face. Among many healing properties, it will tighten and soften the skin. This plant is well worth the small investment; it is inexpensive and virtually maintenance free. !
