OK, I asked at my health food store, but they don't have anything except Neem Seed Exract. Is this the same as Neem Oil? I want to make a batch of Soap with Neem, but I'm not sure what the best choice would be. Also, what about Neem leaves?

Any information would be appriciated. :)
