well, for one thing even the mud baths are supposed to only be done for about an hour tops, and need to drink to replenish body fluids etc.

i may be wrong, but generally it is my understanding that you should wait minimum a week / best 2 weeks between mudbaths also.

any facial mud clay should only be used in a very thin film maybe about once a week for 20 minutes or til dry.
it is extremely drawing and drying.

when i use pascalite any where on my body as a thin film even,
i notice it flushes the skin pink when i remove it/
cause of the blood being drawn to the surface to help the mud draw out toxins. i do use pascalite regularly in a very thin film on face about once every 2 weeks for 20 minutes. or less (til it dries) and NEVER around my eyes

please stop using mud packs on your face in such an extreme manner,
the facial skin is so tender and has natural oils and moisture there, you may damage your skin over time if you continue such a regime. and pay for it big time with dehydrated wrinkles and end up looking older than your age sooner.

i would say take a month breather from face packs.
after that if you feel you need to do so,
wisk the white of a room temperature egg, and dab on your face in a thin film.
as soon as it dries use warm water to gently rinse off, then splash with cool water to close pores, and then cover face with a very light film of almond oil or sesame oil to keep moisture in.

do NOT use any exfoliants until you see the face back to normal/
wait a month please.
if it were me, i would go get some anhydrous glycerin from kmart i know carries it near the pharm dept.. ask the pharmacist where it is..you will get a bottle for about 2-3 $

mix it with water or better yet , if you make a rosemary tea,
use that water. or thyme or sage tea..
about like this 2 caps glycerin to 8 caps water or one of the teas above. shake it up good.
apply it with a 100 % cotton ball several tiems a day to replenish water back into your face.
it will seem runny or slightly sticky even
but will dry soft and no oily feeling.
make a fresh batch every day.

are you ok using aloe? i cannot use it for some crazy reason lol.

if you are ok with it,
i would get a fresh aloe plant.
cut a small end of one (you only need a little and it will self heal)
cut a line down middle and kinda squish it to get the gel inside. dab it on face gently with your clean finger.
let dry for about 15/ minutes, then rinse with tepid water and splash with cool .
then apply the water/gylcerin mix dab onto face.

avoid extremes of water temp on face,
try to wear a hat to cover it , til it heals / since it may be very sensitive to sun right now, or cold
/ so be sure to cover it as you see fit.
no make up (on face) it til it heals. if you use facial makeup.
you can still put on eye /lip makeup.

about an hour before bedtime, do the routine thing again, and then apply a very thin coat of olive oil or almond oil to face.
this will allow it time to settle before sleeping.

i could advise you to do several other helps.. but i don't know what you have on immediate hand..
these things i know you can get at a local health store or walgreens kmart eckerds etc..
so you can take care of it NOW without waiting for orders to arrive etc.

no need to buy expensive cosmetic stuff.. and risk allergic reactions etc, plus all the chems they put in them.

rule of thumb right now..!! NO astringent toners.
no exfoilants, no more mudpacks lol !! for at least a month,
and when you do , start with egg white first 8)
talk to me after a bit and we can see work you up nice homemade lotion suits your face? ok?
also please avoid bath soaps on face under any circumstances
if you use storebought stuff/ check out a oatmeal soap/, gylcerin soap etc. Dr. Bronners etc.
we can discuss this later also if you want..
to make your own gentle facail wash gel or products you can use
that ar eall natural and gentle washes.
also NO scrubbing of face!! while it is healing>
use your hands or a very soft cotton clothe/
gently wipe .

/e pats your face it will get better...
