Thanks Norris6! I surely hope your bowel condition feels better. I totally sympathize, because I just got rid of candida overgrowth, and still doing preventative measures. Thanks for telling me about the oils you have been using; I might try some of them. I do EV olive oil almost daily and coconut oil, when I have it. I'll try your method of conditioning, using only oil sometime. My dry hair sure needs drastic measures! I've been taking vitamins, which help it to grow a little, biotin and folic acid. Someday, I hope to visit the UK. Take care.
