Thanks for the tips, Sarah. I'll try this sometime, also for my skin. I'm afraid to eat honey any more, because I just got over candida, but it shouldn't hurt if I try it on my hair. Do you wash it, beforehand? Or do you just use it occasionally for a deep conditioner? I've heard honey is antibacterial, too.
