To Kavita and Norris: That is so sweet of you to reply. I have tried the coconut oil, several times, warming it and everything. And still, the avocado oil is the only thing that helped. I hope I don't get in trouble here, but the only conditioner which ever worked for me was Redken All-soft, which uses avocado oil; that's where I got the idea. I do make some coconut milk, which I add to my deep conditioner, which helps quite a lot. My hair is extremely coarse and dry, like a broom. Thanks so much.
