I really want to thank you for this information. I saw the ad for PCA-Rx and thought about buying but didn't because I didn't know how effective it would be. I really hate IV chelation and welcome any alternative.

I had considered going to a Russian bath house to steam my body, but after reading your message have decided against it. And because I live in Manhattan with very little space, buying a sauna is sort of out of the question. I've been eating a lot of seaweed, bathing in seaweed, minerals and Sea Salt and drinking chlorophyll in my water. In addition I eat cilantro and take chlorella. I'm beginning to behave more like mermaid:)

Did you find the coffee enemas as effective as colonics or not?
