Hello, I've started getting some Crows Feet around my eyes and am of course upset about it. This is happening to be earlier than it should I think due to my having spent far too much time squinting in the sun for many years.

Once wrinkles appear can they smooth out through good skin care or major diet/health changes? Or by reducing sun exposure etc etc?

Is it normal at all to be getting Crows Feet in ones mid-20's?
