Hi, What did you use? I started The Master Cleanse yesterday,(lemonade diet), and I am unable to go to work today. My head hurts, my stomach feels like lead, and my back is in great pain. I will try this diet/cleanse one more day, and if I don't feel better, I will stop. Any feed-back/suggestions anyone???
