Dear 62801,

Yes, I will update it, but not for a week or
so. I have some other posts that have
priority, plus other things to do.

However, my eating-regimen has changed VERY
little since I posted that message. I'm a
creature of habit. I stick with what works
for me.

I'll try to update it by mid-July.
