That makes sense as it is logical. Right? But, what about juicing anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day- breakfast, lunch, dinner and all of your snacks- for 8 or more years. Over time, juicing mass unwashed vegetation can still cause health problems.

That’s my .02 on the subject
