I am on the forth day of the Lemonade Diet found on the curezone.com site.

I have not felt any discomfort exept dizziness when out doing things in town. Many of my friends have tried this program with great results. I myself feel great and would recomend this program to anyone. It is gentle (especially if it is your first time). Aslo inexpensive.

take a look it is a good place to start.
