I would be happy to share my experience with you. I had 10 Amalgams removed that were approximately 26 years old at the time of extraction. I am 38 now. I was battling Candida at the time, and after 3 months of having the fillings replaced, I started seeing real improvement in my symptoms... I also noticed some improvement in my health in areas that I didn't know or realized needed improvement -- memory, focus, sexual performance, digestive problems, skin problems, etc., etc... I guess I had become so accustomed to having deficiencies in those areas, and those symptoms came on so gradually, that I didn't realize i was suffering from them... I guess I just thought that was "how I was", ya know?

I failed to mention that the day before, during, and for several days afterwards I took 15 grams of yaeyama chlorella per day in three doses. I also took 1000 mg of vitamin C per hour the day of and after each removal session. And, per my doctor's suggestion, I mixed some powdered chlorella with a little water and swished it around for a few minutes and spit it out while I was still in the denstist's parking lot.

Altho I forgot to mention that while there are fillings still in your mouth you should NOT take cilantro or any other mobilizer... You'll risk leeching a massive amount of mercury which could make you extremely ill....

Anyyway, I hope this helps you!! Good luck with it!! If you chelate properly, you shouldn't have too hard a time with it, and hopefully you'll notice some improvement in your life and well-being...
