Hello Ana,
It should obvious by now if you have been reading the emails that the Human
Body was NOT designed to deal with overcooked, pre-packaged, depleted of
enzymes junk food that now comprizes at least 80% of the average American diet.
Eating this dead (cooked) junk food, washed down with a soda pop, places
incredible stress on the body. The minimal side effect of this stress is the
Heartburn, Indigestion and Acid Reflux that affects millions everyday. The
more serious side effects are the hundreds of slow degenerative diseases
and conditions that people suffer from.
The "ultimate" side effect is pre-mature aging and death. To explain why
this is so, here is a quick lesson in human metabolism and enzyme types.
Hippocrates, known as the father of medicine, once said "Man is not nourished
by what he swallows, but what he digests and uses".
Even with the best diets, your body does not benefit until nutrients are unlocked
and absorbed from the foods you eat or drink. That is why enzymes are so vital
for your health. The enzymes in your body are critical to the "proper functioning"
of EVERYTHING to breathing to thinking to circulating your blood.
There are 3 types of enzymes:
( 1 ) METABOLIC ENZYMES......
......are produced "only" by the body.
......provide or the spark by ALL the reactions within every cell in your body.
.....are required for ALL of the body's organs, tissues and cells to work.
.....performs thousands of chores, such as turning phosphoros into bone,
attaching iron to our red blood cells, healing wounds and seeing that
our hearts beat.
To sum up the critical importance of Metabolic enzymes many researchers now
believe that it is this deficiency that causes the onset of most of the diseases
that eventually kills.....or to put it another way " If your body does not produce
enough metabolic enzymes you will probably die well before you should."
( 2 ) DIGESTIVE ENZYMES....
......are produced by the body to break down food and absorb "nutritents".
Anything that you put in your mouth, whether it be food, vitamins or minerals is
useless it is broken down into a usable form by digestive enzymes. To put the
absolute importance of digestive enzymes in perspective, consider that even
though metabolic enzymes regulate life itself, the body will produce digestive
enzymes at the expense of metabolic enzymes, if it is forced to. This happens
for the simple reason that without the necessary building material obtained from
"proper" digestion of our foods, the body cannot produce enough metabolic
enzymes to function anyway.
Unfortunately, the body can produce only so many enzymes. If as a result of
a junk food diet, it is forced to produce large amounts of digestive enzymes, it is
the expense of metabolic enzymes. That is why the third category of enzymes
is Food Enzymes.
( 3 ) FOOD ENZYMES...
.....are derived from the food we eat.
......are critical as they assist in the digestion food we eat.
......prevent the body from having to produce massive amounts of
digestive enzymes at the expense of the production of metabolic
enzymes.
The net result of this abuse is that the body is placed under incredible stress
and this stress eventually manifests itself as one of the hundreds of dieases that
people suffer from. Now there is a simple answer to this potentially fatal problem.
THE ANSWER
Actually, there are two answers.
The first answer is to simply stop eating anything that has been cooked or
processed in any way. Unfortunately, this is not realistic for most people today
because our lifestyle no longer allows us to spend our time as gatherers of
"raw" food. Our socio-economic makes it virtually impossible to even obtain
enough quality unprocessed food to survive on.
The second answer is to modify your diet to include as many fresh foods
and also supplement with a good plant-based digestive enzyme product on a
"daily basis". Remember that the more Food enzymes you consume, the less
digestive enzymes you force your body to produce, leaving it free to produce
the metabolic enzymes that are so vital to your health and longevity.
ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION:
" How often have you felt tired after eating?"
Well, that is because digestion takes lots of energy. The more energy it takes,
the less that is available for other physical and mental activties. Digestion of
enzyme-deficient foods is especially tough on your sapping your strength and
vitality. It has been well documented that Heartburn, Indigestion and Acid Reflux
commonly disappear overnight with the introduction of digestion enzyme
supplements in sufficient quantities.
What is not generally known is that there are many other conditions that have
been also linked to enzyme deficiencies. Below are just a few of them:
Hypoglycemia....Inflammation...Constipation...Bladder problems...Irritable Bowel
Syndrome...High Blood Pressure...Diarrhea...Diverticulitis...and so many more.
HOW MANY OF THESE PROBLEMS DO YOU HAVE?
None? ..........Great!! We hope it stays that way because you should commended
on your diet.
One or Two? ....We hope they go away for you! If not, you should consider a few
lifestyle changes.
Three, Four or Five? ...hmm! Is your body trying to tell you something here?
More than Six? ....Let's make a guess here! You are over 40, and in your 20's
and 30's you had a "cast iron" stomach and could choose to eat
whatever you chose to. You, also as a result, have a "bankrupt
enzyme account" and starting to pay for the abuse you subjected
your body to.
Obviously, you have two choices! You can do something about it ...or become
another statistic!
HOW MUCH MONEY ARE YOU WASTING EVERY MONTH TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM(S) ?
$20.00.....$50.00....$100.00...$240.00 (the average cost of the most popular colored
prescription for Acid Reflux)
In your next email, you will be able to see comparisons of the leading digestive
enzyme supplements.
Until then,
Have a Great Day!
