well, this really sounds (to me) like you need something like the Christopher formula, or as Barefoot makes it, it's called the lower bowel balance. It's said that it works for everyone, no exceptions.

I don't know about the Schulz thing you are taking, but it doesn't sound as though it's correct for you (?)

How long have you lived this way--unable to have a normal bowel movement?
Are you taking any Sea Salt with your water? You are taking enough water, it sounds like, but is it being retained?

Does the Schulz formula include psyllium? Are you taking any bentonite?
(that, as you might know, would be a bad idea)

What fiber are you taking as "supplements"?
