well i weigh 88lbs and drink prob. 100oz or more a day, get a lot of fiber through veggies, hot cereals, fruit, and supplements. I virtually cannot GO without a stimulant! i cannot! I have to even stimulate my stomach and im on the loo for like at least an hour to coax it out from my rectal area...
