sounds like it could be appendicitus.

to avoid an operation, stop eating and sip some weak olive leaf tea with cayenne in it. it may heal it or prepare you for if it bursts. the swelling and temp are signs of peritonitus. if you feel you have already perferated the appendix, you are headed for surgery. a doctor, at this point, may be necessary. if that is the case, the longer you wait the worse it becomes.

no matter what, you should stop eating.
