Hi,
this is what I am doing and it works,

1cup of hot water with juice of 1/2 lemon 20 min before breakfast
plenty of flax oil in the diet, flax meal 3 tbsp with each meal is good too.
1 cup of pure unsweetened cranberry juice diluted in 1 gallon of water
1/8tsp of CELTIC Sea Salt with each 16oz of cranwater during the day. I have also used Dead Sea Salt s, they are much stronger (lower in sodium, higher in magnesium and potassium). Celtic will give you a beautiful skin within a matter of days.
1tsp of psyllum husks in 1 glass of cranwater first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening.

I have released the 'rope' on my 3rd day, my husband on his 5th day. otherwise, beautiful and frequent BM's.
