An herbalist gave me some capsules this weekend after he spoke to me about my health challenge. [He believes that I have H. Pylori]

The main ingredient is Goldenseal, which I was told kills the flora in the digestive tract.

I was going to invest in the probiotics Primal Defense as reccommended, but would I receive any of its benefits if I'm just going to be taking herbs that kill intestinal flora..?
