I was at one point in so much pain I could not hold a job. I prayed faithfully believing God did not want me to live like that. Since then I have consistantly improved, work full time now, and can go on walks. It takes a ton of discipline and desire to get well. You have to focus on being well as hard as it is.
As far as whey goes, I like Spiru-tein. There are a few ways whey can be filtered. This one works for me. And they do not use fake sweeteners or stevia (which is too sweet for me). They use fructose.
PS. Nerves to grow back. Just believe in that. Just takes time.
