Let us know what she is eating. Is there something she especially craves? Something she can't get enough of? What kind of a child is she? Is she happy or moody? Does she sleep well at night or does she have nightmares?

One thing you will definitely need to do is cut out all soda and Kool Aid. Instead give her pure juice cut with water by at least 50%.

If you give us some feedback on the food she is eating, her general disposition, then I think we could give some hints on what to change.
