I dont really have candida issues. I have muscle and nerve issues in my hips and legs. And swelling my feet. Ive done 20 Liver Flushes the past few years and Im finally finally trying to get off my crutches. Thanks for the idea of green tea. I actually like my mint chlorophyll in water in place of my coffee. But you know, its the addiction I need to overcome. I am contimplating at this point, will I ever be able to have coffee in moderation? Like as a treat? Or is this like smoking where it is all or nothing?
