yes, that's probably a good idea..
I tried to give him OO (Olive-Oil) with maple syrop...didn't work.
My husband tried it and freaked out..his lips were burning.
I brush my teeth with a drop of OO (Olive-Oil) every night, I am used to the burning...:-)
