Probably a tiny smear of coconut oil would be soothing to the external anus, and protect from burning, while she heals.

I'd dab gently with warm washcloths until she is clean, then use a bit of coconut oil...even if this must be repeated a few times.

Rejoice for the liquid coming! That's proof that the problem is over, and that no more material will harden tomorrow.
