I assume I will not benefit from the diet if my bowels are not actually being cleansed.



Try more salt. It should be unrefined salt. The best is clean ocean water, if you can get.

If that doesn't work, try epsom salt. It usually works.

2 - 3 tbsp of Epsom Salt with 2 -3 cups of water.
